We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Shipping Charges:
Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only)
Shipping charges will be charged based upon your total order and will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS in the Continental United States. For orders that require multiple shipments, we reserve the right to ship orders in any number of shipments per order we desire. For orders shipped to a Post Office Box, you will be billed for the actual cost charged by the United States Postal Service (plus $5.00 service charge).

Express Shipping:
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 day shipping) is available.

International Shipping:
For orders outside the Continental United States, you will be billed at the actual cost charged by the United States Post Office (plus $5.00 service charge). We cannot estimate these charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size and the charges vary from country to country. To place an international order you must call 516-378-9594, the actual cost will be charged once your order is shipped. You will receive a second charge on your credit card for these charges. Please call 516-378-9594 if you have any questions.

Items listed at www.NasssuHobby.com are not always in stock or available for Back-Order. The site is maintained and updated daily, however, at times, certain items may no longer be available. We ask that if you cannot find what you are looking for to please contact us at 516-378-9594 during our normal business hours. We also ask that when you call, please have an item number or other specific information about the product of interest.

Nassau Hobby Center is under no obligation to honor any listing or image found to be an error. We are not responsible for printing errors, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item.
All items are on a first come first served basis.

Damaged Merchandise:
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please call us so we may contact the freight carrier. Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box until it is picked up from you.
10 day limit from shipping date.

Please call 516-378-9594 to get a return authorization.

  • The invoice copy MUST be enclosed with the backside completed explaining what needs to be done.
  • The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value.

No returns of books, videos or computer software.

New York Residents:
New York residents add 8.625% sales tax.
