Shipping. Orders ship from our Freeport, NY store by UPS, FedEx or USPS, normally within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to the continental U.S.; oversized items may carry a surcharge shown at checkout. In-store pickup is available at checkout.
Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee applies (waived on an even exchange) and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Opened paint, glue, fuel, batteries, software, gift cards, pre-orders and final-sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit? Keep the carton and packing material and contact us within 10 days of the ship date so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

Description
Expand your model train consist with the Bachmann Texaco 3 Dome Tank Car N Gauge 17112. E-Z Mate couplers connect the rolling stock in a consist. Blackened metal wheels complete the running gear.
Constructed from the late 1900s to the mid-1940s, three-dome tank cars allowed customers to receive varying grades of liquid loads in the same car. The cars were extremely versatile, with examples found carrying everything from gasoline and oil to wine and liquors - separately, of course! Many were owned by the industries for which they provided service - whether vineyards, fuel distributors, or oil companies - and were often painted in unique, artistic liveries. Later in their life, a handful of cars were transitioned into maintenance-of-way use, further extending their usefulness and expanding the types of liquid they carried. Today, examples can typically be found in museums and operating on "photo freights" with tourist railroads.
