Shipping. Orders ship from our Freeport, NY store by UPS, FedEx or USPS, normally within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to the continental U.S.; oversized items may carry a surcharge shown at checkout. In-store pickup is available at checkout.
Returns. Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee applies (waived on an even exchange) and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Opened paint, glue, fuel, batteries, software, gift cards, pre-orders and final-sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit? Keep the carton and packing material and contact us within 10 days of the ship date so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

Based on over 4,000 cars constructed by P-S beginning in the mid-1960s, many are still in service today. Over their careers these cars have hauled everything from logs to intermodal trailers and containers. These cars are available in various configurations and feature superbly detailed decks with the correct board pattern, realistic wood grain and bolt details. The 60' Pullman-Standard General Service Flatcars are heavily weighted and come equipped with 33" turned-metal wheels and Proto MAX(TM) metal knuckle couplers for superior performance loaded or empty.
